Stone can undergo a process called sublimation, where it transitions directly from a solid to a gas without passing through a liquid state. However, this process is typically only observed under extreme conditions such as high temperatures and low pressures. On the other hand, plastic does not typically sublime as it tends to melt and degrade when exposed to high temperatures. **

Iodine sublimes at room temperature because its vapor pressure is high enough to allow it to transition directly from a solid to a gas without passing through the liquid phase. This is due to the weak intermolecular forces between iodine molecules, which allows them to easily break free from the solid lattice and transition into the gas phase. As a result, iodine can sublime at room temperature without needing to be heated to its melting point. **

Real estate funds can be a good investment option for individuals looking to diversify their portfolio and gain exposure to the real estate market without directly owning property. These funds typically invest in a variety of properties, providing investors with a level of diversification and potentially higher returns than owning a single property. However, like any investment, real estate funds come with risks such as market fluctuations, liquidity concerns, and management fees. It is important for investors to carefully research and consider their financial goals and risk tolerance before investing in real estate funds. **

In Immanuel Kant's Critique of Judgment, the dynamic sublime refers to the experience of awe and terror that arises from encountering the overwhelming power and vastness of nature. This feeling is different from the mathematical sublime, which is based on the sheer size or magnitude of an object. The dynamic sublime involves a sense of fear and admiration for nature's power, leading to a feeling of humility and respect for the natural world. Kant believed that experiencing the dynamic sublime can help us better understand our place in the universe and our relationship to the natural world. **

The time it takes for liquid nitrogen to completely sublime depends on the volume and surface area of the liquid nitrogen. In general, small quantities of liquid nitrogen will sublime relatively quickly, within a few minutes. However, larger quantities may take longer, potentially up to several hours. The process of sublimation occurs as the liquid nitrogen evaporates into a gas, leaving behind no residue. **

Real estate properties can be a good investment in Germany due to the country's stable economy, low interest rates, and high demand for rental properties. However, like any investment, there are risks involved such as market fluctuations and potential maintenance costs. It is important for investors to carefully research the market and consider their financial goals before deciding if real estate is the best investment option for them in Germany. **

Choosing between a flower pot or a flower pot with a saucer depends on your specific needs. A flower pot with a saucer is beneficial for indoor plants as it helps prevent water from leaking onto surfaces. On the other hand, a flower pot without a saucer may be preferred for outdoor plants to allow excess water to drain freely. Consider the location and watering habits of your plants when deciding between the two options. **

Buying real estate can still be a worthwhile investment for many people. Real estate has historically proven to be a relatively stable and appreciating asset over the long term. It can provide a source of passive income through rental payments and potential for capital appreciation. However, like any investment, it comes with risks and requires careful consideration of factors such as location, market conditions, and financing options. Ultimately, the decision to invest in real estate should be based on individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and long-term investment strategy. **
